Professional Career

Gavin has worked extensively in the resources sector delivering health and safety leadership programs and change management support. Before joining EDN he ran his own consulting firm providing business process improvement advice for various mining clients.

Gavin has extensive knowledge of the operational requirements of the mining, and oil and gas sectors, with particular expertise in high performing team alignment, leadership development and the introduction of new technology and business processes.  His international on-site experience is considerable and includes construction, offshore drilling rigs and production platforms, refineries and underground mining.
