After many years in senior management positions with leading companies, John is only too aware of the issues facing people in senior industry positions. They are time poor, expected to multi-task, achieve or exceed stretching targets with new and inexperienced staff, and they never have enough time with families. In other words, it's stress on all fronts.

In his role as business development and quality assurance manager at EDN, John introduces managers to systems that create major operational efficiencies for themselves and their companies. John has expertise in many change-management programs and processes that can assist organisations in becoming more competitive. John is responsible for the overall client satisfaction and the delivery of excellent services worldwide.

He has years of facilitation experience, team development, general management, leadership and strategic planning. With a background largely in the power industry, John has particular expertise in safety awareness. He also has a highly developed set of management skills integral to organisational development that can assist companies to excel in a safety leadership culture.

Before joining EDN, John was managing director of Actaris Australia and prior to that was the national sales manager for Schlumberger Australia. He was also a senior manager in the power distribution business.
