Kym Johannsen has had over 25 years’ experience in the business management and educational fields (both private & public sectors) as a Manager and practising consultant (in organisational, management & business development).

His major professional focus is in organisational change and development, in particular, strategic and business planning; change management; management, team and leadership development; facilitation of team building & planning sessions, management & team meetings and focus groups; organisational review and needs analysis; development of performance objectives & key performance indicators; and mentoring & coaching.
