Professional Career

Marie has developed various training and occupational health and safety systems in her role as senior manager in different industries.

Prior to joining EDN she was business operations manager for Taylors Wines, responsible for managing financial, administrative and HR functions. She was also finance and administration manager for State Wide Group Training and project accountant for clothing producer RM Williams Pty Ltd.

The positions involved a leading role in the financial management and strategic direction of the organisations, and she worked closely with unions on enterprise agreements.

Marie is an experienced presenter and has delivered papers for the Australian National Training Authority on process improvement.
