Professional Career

Peter joined EDN in 2004, was appointed as CEO of EDN’s global business in 2006 and became a partner in 2007. Prior to joining EDN he was the General Manager of an organisation development consulting firm where he had consulted in leadership, change management, strategic planning and performance management since 1995. Prior to this he managed training and development for the South Australian Workers Compensation scheme.

Peter has more than 20 years experience working and consulting with industry sectors such as resources and energy, manufacturing, government, retail, education, health, finance and insurance. He has delivered management and leadership programs for the University of Adelaide in Australia and South East Asia and has been a faculty member for their Masters of Science and Technology Commercialisation in innovative management practices and their Master of Business Administration in management.

Since joining EDN, Peter has served a range of our clients including BP, ExxonMobil, Santos, ENSCO, Woodside, Bristow, Origin Energy, Esso Australia, Newmont Mining Corporation, SA Water and Yalumba Wines. Peter was recently appointed to be a member of the Safety Committee of the South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy.
